Jiva looks forward to a feast of peas from his garden, but when they are stolen at harvest time. Jiva sets out to catch the thief, and not a single precaution, he takes – a fence, a scarecrow – prevents the next theft. Finally Jiva catches the thief and it’s his friend Ruvji! Jiva gives Ruvji the punichment to cook a feast for him, so Ruvji are carefully prepared several dishes with peas. One day, the brave Hasan embarks on a dangerous mission to face the long-feared Ghoul. When Husan finally meets the Ghoul living on top of the mountain, he discovers that the Ghoul is just as terrified of people as they are of him. Hasan and the Ghoul realize that they can still be friends, despite their differences.

アラブの民話を教訓とした、恐怖心を抱くことと違いを受け入れることの話。昔むかし、怪物を恐れている村人達がいた。何年もの間、その村では怪物を怒らせないように村人達が爪先立って歩いていた。その怪物は彼等とは全く違い、人間を食べると信じられていた。ある日、勇敢なるHasanは、長年人々を恐れさせている怪物に合う為に、危険な使命を果たすことにした。Hasanが山の頂上に住む怪物にやっと出会えた時、人々が怪物を恐れているように怪物も人々を恐れていたことが解かった。Hasanと怪物は、それでも友達になれる気がした。たとえ大きな違いがあろうとも。
