On the first day of school, Miss Luchinda asks her students to introduce themselves and share a special talent. Every student is good at something, except Jack.  He thinks he has no talent to share with other students. But Miss Luchinda discovers Jack’s special talent, and gives Jack the responsibility of handing out name tags to all his classmates because of his good memory of everyone’s name.

学校が始まった初日、名前と自分の得意なことを一人ずつ言うことになった。しかし、Jackには、皆にいえる得意なことが何も無かった。しかし先生は、彼の才能を見抜いて、紹介を終わったクラスメイトに名前を配る役を彼に与えた。すると彼は全員の名前を覚えていた。誰にでもTalentはあるとの力強いメッセージを、実に明瞭簡単で暖かく描いた絵本。一人一人の髪の毛にその子のカルチャーと個性が現され、多彩なるこどもの登場によって、絵本のメッセージに普遍性が生きている。英文は短く同文の繰り返しが多いので、幼稚園児でも楽しめれる。
